How long does my order take to ship?
Most Fro & Co. products are made to order.
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Custom products may require 5–10 business days before shipment.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Fro & Co. ships within the United States only.
We’re a small family-run shop and are focused on providing the best experience possible for our domestic customers. International shipping may be added in the future.
What is your return policy?
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, we do not accept returns on custom orders.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
For non-custom products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
